1. About ScaffSnapp

ScaffSnapp is a digital scaffold management platform designed to assist construction, industrial, and facility teams with scaffold requests, inspections, tagging, and project coordination.

ScaffSnapp is a management and documentation tool only and does not replace professional judgment, safety training, or regulatory inspections.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using ScaffSnapp, you represent that you meet this requirement and are authorized to act on behalf of your company where applicable.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

ScaffSnapp supports multiple user roles, including but not limited to:

• Super Admin
• Company Admin (Sub Admin)
• Project Manager
• Competent Person
• Tradesman

Each user is responsible for actions taken under their account and must ensure the accuracy of information submitted.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify ScaffSnapp immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• ScaffSnapp is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use due to user negligence.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use ScaffSnapp only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA regulations where applicable.

• Misrepresent scaffold conditions
• Upload false or misleading information
• Use the platform to bypass safety requirements
• Interfere with system functionality or security

6. Scaffold Inspections & Safety Disclaimer

ScaffSnapp does not perform physical scaffold inspections. Inspection data, tag color selection (Green, Yellow, Red), and uploaded photos are entered solely by designated Competent Persons.

Final responsibility for scaffold safety rests with the scaffold company, competent personnel, and site management.

7. Data Accuracy & User Content

• Scaffold requests and modifications
• Inspection records and tag selections
• Uploaded photos, notes, and comments

ScaffSnapp is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-submitted content.

8. Subscription & Billing (If Applicable)

Subscription plans apply at the company level. Fees, billing cycles, and limits are displayed at the time of purchase. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited or suspended access. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, designs, and trademarks associated with ScaffSnapp are the property of ScaffSnapp or its licensors.

10. Third-Party Services

ScaffSnapp may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting providers, notification services, and printing or QR code partners. ScaffSnapp is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

11. Termination

ScaffSnapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unsafe activity, or misuse the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaffSnapp shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, regulatory fines, loss of data or profits, or site accidents.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScaffSnapp from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

15. Changes to These Terms

ScaffSnapp may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
